Haley is a true blessing to me both personally and for my marriage.  I came to Haley with some ongoing personal issues along with marital issues.  My husband and I created such terrible and unhealthy patterns throughout our relationship and we needed an outside person to help guide us to a healthy relationship.  
Both my husband and I decided that seeing Haley was our last shot.  Haley took the time to meet with both me and my husband both individually and as a couple on many different occasions and addressed our issues.  What I loved most was that Haley was real with both of us and helped us both lay everything out on the table.  She didn't pick sides and her main focus was for us to come to a resolution.  She gave both of us the tools we needed to have a successful marriage. Haley truly helped us create healthy boundaries and helped us create a formula that helped my husband and I love each other even more than we ever have.  
I am forever grateful for Haley and I would highly recommend seeing her if you need help addressing personal or martial issues.

Negative beliefs impeded my progress in life for a long time. Haley Hallock, a personal development coach at Stitched Head and Heart, helped me recognize and re-formulate those beliefs into positive ones. I started getting help with test anxiety in dual-degree master's program and went from C's to A's on difficult material starting with the very next test after my first session. Then I visualized a future with a new job, new home and better relationships with my children and girlfriend in sessions with Haley, and in less than a year moved across the country to a great promotion, brand new home and a great school system where my kids are thriving. I had no idea the power of beliefs (I'm looking at you, Santa), but after my experience and quite a bit of research (do your own and you'll get the Santa reference) to back up the importance of belief structures, re-programming them to be positive instead of negative definitely turned out to be the most effective and scarily-quick way to achieve life goals. I am a return PSYCH-K client for Haley Hallock. However, I am writing in regards to my first experience with hypnosis. I was excited to be a new client for Haley in her learning of this trade, even though I was skeptical. I have never been hypnotized before and the experience was truly amazing! 
To give an insight, I have never been a person who was comfortable with public speaking, even if there were only a few people in the room. I had dropped every speech class in high school, never volunteered to share any experiences in class, and dreaded any type of team building exercises that jobs required the new group to do. I had an upcoming court appearance where I was going to have to give my testimony on the stand and my nerves and stress were at an all-time high the night before. Haley guided me through the hypnosis process and it seemed as though every tiny particle of my being was at ease. Even my jaw hung open throughout the whole process because of how relaxed I was!! We did reprogramming and spoke of being calm and at ease for the day ahead. 
The next day arrived and I was outside of the courtroom. Now, to put the reprograming to the test, normally, when I know I have to speak in front of others the fear that comes over me is almost paralyzing. Not this time! No dry mouth, shaking knees, hands or voice. I was able to complete my testimony with a confidence that I had never experienced in that type of a setting. The hypnosis had worked and I had never felt more at peace. I will definitely be a returning client, what an amazing 
experience!!

My experience doing Psych-K with Haley was a very positive one. I had never heard of Psych-K until I met Haley. She suggested we do a session after a talk we had about "life decisions".
