The Stitched Head & Heart Project leaves the investment up to you!  You get out what you put into it. You have all your answers within you. You will know when sessions are needed and what to focus on.  Your Personal Development Coach will simply provide you the techniques, tools, and objective insight for you to create your very own change.  

In-person Facilitation:

We provide in-person coaching sessions which take place in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each individual and can vary greatly in content. In the first session, we will describe the PSYCH-KⓇ, coaching, reiki, yoga, yoga nidra and hypnosis processes and explore your goals. 

Come-to-You Facilitation:

We provide come-to-you facilitation sessions which take place for client's within reasonable distance primarily throughout Arizona and the Southwest region, however, we travel often. Due to the wealth of clients we have all over the US seasonal appointments are available upon notice. Travel times throughout the year are dependent on our travel schedule, but we book out through the year.

Remote Facilitation:

We also offer remote facilitation in the event that geographical separation prevents convenient in-person sessions and travel is not scheduled & in observance of the pandemic. Online video services such as Google Hangouts, Whatsapp, and Zoom video conferencing which allows us to provide facilitation services effectively from any distance safely.
